Francesco dealt with a Middle Eastern family who found Knightsbridge Prime Property through rightmove. Originally, the family contacted us regarding a house in Knightsbridge but after careful consideration and many viewings, rented this very large apartment. (approximately 12,100 Sq Ft) as they fell in love with its lateral layout. The underground parking that came with this property was a huge bonus. For this family, location was imperative and they did not want to compromise on Knightsbridge. Knightsbridge was the only prime London location they were interested in so our lettings manager worked extremely hard to provide them with exactly what they were looking for.

Another successful deal was secured in this well-renowned building in Knightsbridge. Having been referred by a previous Knightsbridge Prime Property tenant, we met with a European Family looking to relocate to London. Viewings commenced in June 2022 but at the height of low stock levels, we found finding the right property slightly more challenging. The family after seeing a plethora of options returned home for a couple of months but we kept their search at the forefront of our mind. Upon the family returning to London, Knightsbridge Prime Property rented the only other penthouse in this building to them for a two year minimum term. Amenities, Security alongside a want for large bedrooms was of the utmost importance to this family. Although the process was slightly longer, the perfect property for them became available at the right time and they moved in November of last year.
